1. Product description
(1) SummaryThe atmosphere rotary furnace is mainly suitable for dynamic sintering of powder and particles, which makes the material more evenly heated, shortens sintering time, reduces energy consumption, and has the advantages of high quality.(2)Furnace body2.1 This furnace is of a split structure, which is convenient for customers to retrieve and repair pipes. You can also slowly open the furnace top according to the customer's accelerated cooling rate (if you want to accelerate the cooling rate, do not open the furnace top at high temperatures at once to prevent damage to the furnace tube and furnace)2.2 The furnace liner is made of inconel625 material, and the furnace hall is of a large belly shape. The large belly shape can fix the material in the constant temperature zone and rotate for sintering, without causing the material to run into the low temperature zone.2.3 Set stirring bars inside the furnace to flip the material to increase its contact with the atmosphere.2.4 The insulation structure adopts alumina ceramic fiber board to prevent heat leakage. Ceramic fiber board can make the electric furnace heat up faster and have a more significant insulation effect.2.5 The furnace liner is equipped with a mechanical vibration device to reduce the phenomenon of material sticking to the wall.
